Our inspector, Jamison, got there early and greeted us. He was nice, respectful, and easy-going. He was very thorough with his inspection and gave us a brief synopsis of everything that needed to be fixed at the end. As well as his verbal report they also provided an online portal with a physical report that can be accessed that includes pictures and a more in-depth breakdown of their findings. My husband and I were happy with their service and would highly recommend them.
Jamison has performed two inspections for my family in the last month. He was punctual and thorough in his inspection of both a town home and a single-family residence. His written reports were detailed with many photos to further explain his findings.

Jamison is very professional and is great at what he does. He inspected the first house we made an offer on and uncovered hard to detect a water leak and did a thorough report of all the other findings. Luckily we passed on that house and moved on to the next. A Couple of weeks later Jamison came to inspect the second home which was in much better shape. Jamison gave us a discount for repeat business and he responded quickly to follow-up questions I emailed to him.
